COMPANY POLICIES

CANCELLATIONS

It is the responsibility of course delegates to ensure they are able to attend the course on the designated date and time.

 

Delegates may cancel booked training courses up to four weeks in advance of a course.

 

All cancellations must be made in writing to alishamccarroll@hotmail.com and will incur a 50% admin charge of the full price of the course.

 

Courses booked within 4 weeks of the course date will not be refunded.

 

Any outstanding invoice balance will be pursued through legal means if necessary.
